Denis Charles Kouassi, born on October 9, 1960 in Bouaké, is an emblematic figure in social security management in Côte d’Ivoire. Current Director General of the Institution de Prévoyance Sociale (IPS CNPS), he has an impressive career marked by remarkable achievements and an innovative vision.

A graduate in economics in 1986, he joined the Centre Ivoirien de Formation des Cadres de Sécurité Sociale (CIFOCSS), where he distinguished himself by graduating top of his class in 1988. His career began as a Research Officer (Chargé d’Études), but his talent and leadership quickly propelled him into positions of responsibility. In 2014, he rose to the position of Director General of IPS CNPS.

Since his appointment, Denis Charles Kouassi has driven a dynamic of modernization and performance within the institution. He is behind numerous achievements that have made IPS CNPS a key player in social protection and a model of excellence in Côte d’Ivoire. Under his leadership, the institution was recognized as a laureate of the 2021 Public Administration Prize.
