Mr. GUINKO is a graduate engineer, holding degrees from the University of Technology of Compiègne (France), the University of Technology of Troyes (France), and the University of Helsinki (Finland).
He began his career in management and IT consulting at CGI Consulting France, followed by Accenture Consulting France, where he contributed to several transformation projects for CAC 40 companies. He notably led several workstreams of the Crédit du Nord & Société Générale convergence programme, covering business, operations, IT and digital, and co-led the implementation of the digital platform for BDDF (French Retail Banking – Société Générale).
In January 2015, Roch joined the BNP Paribas Group, where he established and subsequently headed the Organisation and Information Systems Department of BNP Paribas Burkina Faso, working directly with the Group and the Africa Hub. He then played a key role in the Group’s convergence programme, co-leading the IT transformation and mutualisation project across the Group’s four UEMOA subsidiaries. This initiative resulted in the creation of a Shared Services Centre in January 2017, which he led as Regional IT Director for more than three years.
In June 2020, Roch joined SUNU Group as Group Director of Digital and Transformation. A few months later, he took over the Group’s Digital Transformation Programme, which he restructured around strategic priorities including customer relations and experience, banking-insurance synergies, time-to-market, data, operational efficiency, processes and IT.
In July 2021, he was appointed Group Director of Organisation, Information Systems and Digital Transformation. In January 2022, he joined the project team overseeing the acquisition of BICIS (BNP Paribas Senegal), which became SUNU Group’s second banking subsidiary on 28 April 2023, following 14 months of collaboration with BNP Paribas.
Since 1 March 2023, Roch has been Managing Director of SUNU DigiTech, the SUNU Group subsidiary responsible for delivering all services related to information systems, digital transformation (Data Factory, Digital Factory and Digital Lab), and organisation (business processes, lean management and operational efficiency) across all Group subsidiaries: 26 insurance companies, 2 banks and 2 healthcare entities.
He also serves as Director of the BICIS Transition Programme, overseeing its integration into SUNU Group. This programme reached a decisive milestone on 7 April 2025 with the full migration of BICIS’s information system, marking its definitive separation from the BNP Paribas Group.
