Marcus Weyll is Global CEO of Imbono, Gemcorp’s operational platform specializing in strategic infrastructure across emerging markets, with a strong presence in Africa and the Middle East. Born and raised in Brazil, he brings over two decades of experience in infrastructure development, project finance, and corporate leadership across emerging economies, including in Latin America and, for the past 15 years, in Africa.

His career spans M&A, complex financing structures, concessions and public-private partnerships, as well as the operational management of large-scale infrastructure projects in energy, mining, and logistics. Until 2019, he served as CFO of the international operations of Odebrecht Engenharia e Construção (OEC). He began his career in financial services at BankBoston, Bank of America, and BNP Paribas.
