Mr. Mohamed is the current chairman of the Capital Markets Authority of Kenya. Capital Markets Authority is a regulatory body of capital markets in Kenya, online forex trading and the commodities markets. He is also in private business engaged in payment services platforms and Fintech products. He has over 27yrs of experience in strategic management, leadership and development. Worked as in management & executive for Fortune 500, blue chip US companies in the Financial and IT sectors. He holds a BSc of Information systems degree from the University of Phoenix , and MBA from the University of Dallas, Texas. He has served in the board of director with Kenya ICT Authority of Kenya, Kenya Technical Trainers College, and a trustee/board of director of several private businesses, non-profits, and endowments.
