Roch GUINKO

Roch is a Design Engineer from the Universities of Technology of Compiègne France, Troyes France and Helsinki Finland. He began his career in Management Consulting and IT at CGI Consulting France and then Accenture Consulting France. In particular, he led a number of projects as part of the Crédit du Nord & Société Générale Convergence programme on Business, Operations, IT and Digital issues, and co-led the implementation of the Digital Foundation for BDDF, Société Générale’s French Retail Bank.

Roch joins the SUNU Group in June 2020 as Group Head of Digital and Transformation. He became Group Director of Organisation, Information Systems (IS) and Digital Transformation in July 2021, before joining the project team for the takeover of BNP Paribas’ Senegalese banking subsidiary (BICIS) in January 2022. BICIS became the SUNU Group’s second banking subsidiary on 28 April 2023, following a 14-month project with BNPP. Since 01 April 2023, Roch has been Managing Director of SUNU DigiTech, the Technology, IT, Digital and Organisation (Processes) subsidiary of the SUNU Group’s Insurance, Banking, Health and Microfinance subsidiaries. He is also Director of the IS Overhaul Programme for BICIS as part of the Group’s takeover of the subsidiary.
