Ridha MEFTAH

Ridha Meftah is Partner at EY (Ernst & Young) in charge of Consulting Services for Financial Institutions in Maghreb and Sub-Saharan Africa region. 
 
With 20 years of experience at EY, Ridha has led several strategic transformation projects of large international groups established in the Maghreb and Sub-Saharan Africa as well as the creation and development of several Financial Institutions in this region. 
 
Ridha has developed vast experience by driving change in complex environments and has acquired a strong knowledge of the problems experienced by financial institutions, particularly in the context of their Business Model transformation. 
 
Ridha leads many digital transformation projects at the level of financial institutions in the region through the implementation of innovative platforms offering a better experience and customer journey and the development of tools based on new technologies (RPA, AI, IOT, Cyber, Cloud …) allowing operational efficiency of the internal functions of Financial Institutions and offering a better quality of life to their employees.
