She is a chartered Accountant with over 12years vast experience in providing consulting services to clients across various industries. She has managed and led engagements in the areas of internal audit and controls,SOX readiness, regulatory and compliance audits, extended enterprise risk management, corporate governance service and business process review (Diagnostics & Implementation).Recently, she pioneered the drive to support organizations implement their Internal Controls over Financial Reporting readiness in line with regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Nigeria.

Subomi is a result-oriented professional and she enjoys disseminating knowledge, helping people to know better and hopefully dobetter in their respective spheres.

She is married to Olusola Osibodu, and they are blessed with three wonderful children. Subomi enjoys traveling, cooking, listening to music and networking with people.
