Khayise Mashifane

Khayise has established himself within the residential property market. Advancing through a series of promotions in his 22-year career journey, Khayise pursued opportunities with several major banks in South Africa, 16 years of which has been in Real Estate Finance, as Senior Dealmaker, Head of BNG Housing Finance, Principal Commercial Property Finance etc. This has allowed him the opportunity to expand his expertise beyond the boundaries of traditional Real Estate Finance.  In 2019, he joined Nedbank CIB as Senior Associate in Property Finance. He has a B Comm degree; A Postgraduate Diploma in Management Practices; A Diploma & An Advance Diploma in Treasury & International Banking. He is a Certified Associate of Institute of Bankers in South Africa.  Khayise is passionate about residential property, student accommodation & affordable housing, as he believes that housing provides human dignity to our people. He contributed and was part of the team that won FNB Innovators Award 2006: Commercial Finance for Affordable Housing. He was also part of the deal that arranged the first R1.1bn Green Residential Development Bond for Nedbank.
