Christian Agossa is the CEO of CRRH-UEMOA (Caisse Régionale de Refinancement Hypothécaire de l’UEMOA), a financial institution whose capital is shared by four International financial institutions (BOAD, IFC, Shelter Afrique, EBID) and fifty-eight commercial banks. Its mission is to refinance, for the benefit of its shareholders (commercial banks) and some microfinance institutions, the housing loans granted by them to their customers. Christian AGOSSA was also the Managing Director of BOAD TITRISATION until july 2021, is a member of the Board of Directors of the African Union for Housing Finance (AUHF) and the Centre for Affordable Housing Finance in Africa (CAHF) and has also been a special advisor and financial advisor to the Presidents of the BOAD where he served for 27 years. He holds a degree from Sciences Po Paris (ECOFI) and the University of Paris Dauphine (Master of Applied Economics) and a post-graduate diploma in applied economics from Sciences Po Paris.
