Abenaa Kessewaa BROWN

Ms. Abenaa Kessewaa Brown is a professional with over 35 years of combined local and international experience in Accounting, Banking, Finance, Governance, Learning, People, Technology, and Transformation strategies. She is a Certified Public Accountant from the USA and now a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. As an administrator, she has led teams through change processes. She is a trained advanced Facilitator with a focus on instructional design and delivery of Leadership, Management, Talent, Diversity, Performance and Change programs. She is passionate about organizations and people development and is an executive coach and certified International Gestalt Practitioner. She is the past Principal of the National Banking College, Ghana, and is currently the Executive Director for AYA institute of finance and management. As a fellow of the Institute of Directors in Ghana, she also serves on various boards and is now the Chairperson of the National Insurance Commission. Lastly, she is a proud mother of two adult children.
