The “AFIS African Woman in Finance” Award highlights female leaders in the financial sector who are active in both the public and private spheres. The award recognises the woman leader who has a significant impact through the excellence of her career, the scope of her responsibilities and her commitment to promoting financial inclusion.

ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES
Woman leaders in private or public institutions. Application, nomination by a third party (company of individual) or identified by the AFIS editorial team.
AWARDS CEREMONY
The call for applications is open until October 5, 2026.
Pre-selected women will be notified one month prior to the event.
The winner will receive her trophy during a special session at the next Africa Financial Summit, November 3 2026, in Luanda, Angola.
