Mr. Olamide Olajolo is a seasoned insurance professional with over 27 years of experience spanning risk management, business development & sales, and technical operations. He is currently the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Coronation Insurance Plc., Nigeria

Prior to this role, he spent 16 years at Zenith General Insurance Company Limited, where he rose to become Executive Director, Technical Operations in 2018 after joining as a pioneer staff in 2004. He later joined Heirs Insurance Ltd in 2020 as Vice President, Business Development, before assuming leadership at the Nigeria Liability Insurance Pool in 2021.

Mr. Olajolo holds a B.Sc. (Hons) Insurance, a Master degree in Business Administration (2010), and Master of Risk Management degree (2016), from the University of Lagos, Nigeria

He is a Fellow of both the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (FCIIN) and the Risk Managers Society of Nigeria (FRMN)

He is currently a Council member of Nigeria Insurers Association (NIA) and Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN). Also, a member, Institute of Directors (IOD) of Nigeria.

He has attended several executive courses and trainings locally and internationally, equipping him with deep insights into capital, regulation, and risk-based frameworks shaping the insurance industry.
