Manal Bernoussi, founder of Leaders On Purpose, based in Morocco, is an international MC, moderator, and host of the award-winning Leaders On Purpose podcast. She is an engineer graduated from INSA Lyon and NUS Singapore and holds an MBA from Columbia University and Africa Business School.

With over 18 years of experience in finance and consulting, Manal has held executive positions, notably at Casablanca Finance City, where she contributed to positioning the financial hub on strategic topics such as fintech and sustainable finance.

She has been recognized among Morocco’s 50 Inspiring Women by Challenge magazine and received the Special Jury Prize at the EMEC Influence Awards for the Leaders On Purpose podcast. She was also named among the 100 Most Impactful Voices in Africa by ABCD Africa and awarded the Voice of Transformation award by Industrie du Maroc Magazine.
Most recently, she has been nominated by the African Business Chamber for the AfBC Creative, Media & Entertainment Industry Excellence Awards.
