Mr. Luís Filipe Rodrigues Lélis began his career at Sonangol, before joining the Ministry of Finance as an Advisor, then returning to Sonangol in 2002. In 2004, he joined BAI, S.A., where he served as Commercial Director and later Director-Coordinator, before being elected Director in 2006. He also chaired the Board of Directors of BAI Cabo Verde. He currently serves as Chairman of the Executive Committee of BAI (CEO), Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banco BAI Europa, and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee of the Corporate Bodies of Banco BAI Cabo Verde, S.A.
