Karim Ezzeddine is Vice President at SkyKapital Europe, a Paris-headquartered strategic and financial advisory platform connecting Europe, the Middle East, and Africa with offices in Abu Dhabi, London, and Lagos.

Karim brings a strong track record in sovereign advisory, project and export finance, and cross-border M&A, mobilising capital and structuring transactions across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. Before joining SkyKapital, he built solid experience in Private Equity at Amethis, a Paris-based fund focused on the African continent.

At SkyKapital, Karim has originated and led multi-jurisdictional transactions spanning infrastructure, heavy industry, retail, and insurance, engaging closely with DFIs, ECAs, international lenders, and sovereign counterparties. He plays a pivotal role in designing bankable risk frameworks, aligning sovereign approvals choreography, and steering EPC+F/export-finance execution from origination to financial close.

Over the past three years, he has contributed to initiatives exceeding €2 billion, and is currently leading six flagship infrastructure projects in Nigeria, Togo, Gabon, and Guinea, representing more than €4.5 billion in aggregate financing, alongside strategic acquisition mandates in West Africa.

  • September 2025 – Barony Universal Products Ltd → kdc/one (UK/EU FMCG) : Exclusive financial adviser to the seller. Led the process from preparation and counterparty engagement through confirmatory diligence and documentation to signing and close. The transaction adds the UK’s largest independent personal & home-care aerosol filler to kdc/one’s platform, broadening its UK/EU capacity in fast-growing categories and strengthening supply security for blue-chip brands.
  • July 2025 – Road Infrastructure Project, Nigeria :
    Exclusive financial advisor to the Federal Government of Nigeria on the structuring of the USD 747 million syndicated loan facility backed by DFI’s, International Banks, and Export Credit Agencies. 


Karim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from ESSEC and the École Supérieure des Affaires in Beirut (Lebanon), and a Master’s in Corporate Finance & Banking from EDHEC Business School.

Of Lebanese and Ivorian nationalities, he is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
