Filomena Rossana Airosa Manjata, is Chairperson of the Board of Directors of ARSEG (Angolan Insurance Regulation and Supervision Agency). She previously served as a board member of the agency, overseeing its Technical portfolio since 2019.

She holds a degree in Accounting and Administration from UCAN and an MBA awarded jointly by the Catholic universities of Porto, Luanda, and Rio de Janeiro. She began her career in banking (BCH, Banco BIC) before joining the Insurance Supervision Institute in 2011, rising to head its Office of Studies and Strategic Planning in 2018.
