Ettie Philitas is the Global Head of Capital Markets for Tala, where he oversees financing strategy and capital market operations, including debt and equity financing, capital structure optimization, and liquidity solutions. Ettie has over 17 years’ experience as a capital markets and investment professional focused on financing solutions for growth companies. Prior to Tala, he has held executive and investment roles at JP Morgan Asset Management, Africa50, KKR, Muzinich & Co, and Credit Suisse. Ettie holds a B.A. from Princeton University and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
