Sara Lemniei is the CEO of SLK Capital, a specialist advisory firm operating at the intersection of finance, innovation, and systems transformation. With over two decades of experience across investment banking, principal investing, and strategic advisory, Sara has held senior roles at institutions including Standard Bank, Bank of Africa, and PwC Transaction Services. Her core expertise lies in blended capital strategies, capital mobilization and risk mitigation, investment vehicle structuring, and systems innovation. 

Sara brings deep financial expertise combined with a commitment to ethical leadership, creativity, and service to society. Guided by a mission to accelerate climate solutions and uplift communities, she builds catalytic partnerships that mobilize capital at scale, de-risk investments, and align public and private stakeholders.

She holds a Master’s degree in Finance from ESCP Europe and is fluent in English, French, and Classical Arabic, skills that support her work across emerging markets, where she bridges global capital with local priorities to deliver sustainable, investable outcomes.
