Najwa EL IRAKI

Najwa El Iraki is the North & West Africa Representative for Lloyd’s of London and Managing Director of its office in Morocco, where she plays a pivotal role in developing the market’s presence across the region and engaging with regulators, governments, and key industry stakeholders. She has been instrumental in advancing initiatives that foster growth, innovation, and diversity in the African insurance and reinsurance sector.

Alongside her role at Lloyd’s, Najwa is the Founder & Managing Partner of AfricaDev Consulting Ltd, an advisory firm connecting international investors with opportunities across Africa and the Middle East. She also serves as Senior Advisor to a number of financial services firms, including Mediterrania Capital Partners, a leading private equity firm. Recognized among other distinctions as one of Choiseul 100 Africa – Economic Leaders of Tomorrow in partnership with Forbes Afrique, Najwa brings over 20 years of international experience in finance, investment, and strategic advisory.
