Manal BERNOUSSI

Manal Bernoussi, founder of Leaders On Purpose in Morocco, is an international MC, moderator, and host of the awarded Leaders On Purpose podcast. She is an engineer graduated from INSA Lyon and NUS Singapore and holds an MBA from Columbia University and Africa Business School.

With 18 years of experience in finance and consulting, Manal has held executive positions, notably at Casablanca Finance City, where she contributed to positioning the financial hub on strategic topics such as fintech and sustainable finance.

In 2022, she was named one of Morocco’s 50 Inspiring Women by Challenge magazine. In 2024, she received the Special Jury Prize at the EMEC Influence Awards for the Leaders On Purpose Podcast. In 2025, she was recognized among the 100 Most Impactful Voices in Africa by ABCD Africa and received the Voice of Transformation Award from Industrie du Maroc Magazine.

Manal is also a keynote speaker and moderator at international events. Her commitment is reflected in her drive to foster authentic and impactful conversations on leadership, innovation, and personal development.
