Dina El Kadry

Dina El Kadry founded Senegal-based mortgage broker Alpha Digicrédit in 2020. The online-only real estate platform is Africa’s first digital credit intermediation provider and is intended to support first time buyers. 

Dina is the former director of real estate credit at CBAO Attijariwafa Bank Group and was a former advisor to the Senegalese president on housing issues. 

The Alpha platform is a one-stop-shop that manages customer credit applications and has agreements with the largest banks to help it negotiate rate reductions. The platform also offers real estate projects from its partners throughout Senegal. Alpha has plans to expand in West Africa, Dubai and France.
