The terms and conditions herein apply to the Africa Financial Summit 2026 (the Forum). They govern the relationship between you, the participant, and Africa Communication Events France (the Organiser), the organiser of the Forum. By submitting a registration form to attend the Africa Financial Summit, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Africa Financial Summit, in addition to the general terms and conditions for the use of Mediactive (Aloha platform), the online ticket-sales service.
1- Pre-registration Procedure
The Africa Financial Summit – AFIS is primarily aimed at African financial institutions with positions of President/CEO, member of the board, partner, Managing Director, member of executive committee, etc. Confirmation of registration is subject to availabilities, balanced representation of sectors and countries of origin and conformity to the admission criteria of the Forum.
Sponsorship agreements, partnerships, and pre-registration are confirmed subject to availability, balanced representation of sectors and countries, and compliance of the profile with the admission criteria of the Forum (according to the ACE charter).
2- Sponsorship, Partnership, and Registration Fees
a – The amount due to Africa Communication Events France for sponsorship and partnership is confirmed by a prior Purchase Order and/or a specific contract.
b – The amount due to Africa Communication Events France for registration is indicated on the pre-registration form and on the registration page of the official event website. It is payable upon signature of the form, and in any case, before the start of the event. In case of non-payment at the opening of the Africa Financial Summit 2026, the organizer is entitled to refuse access to the conferences, in the absence of immediate and full payment of the amount due by Credit Card (CB).
To benefit from the early bird rate (which is available in limited quantity), payment must be made immediately. Otherwise, the early bird rate will be forfeited, and the next applicable rate will automatically apply.
The amount paid upon registration includes participation in all conferences, complete documentation on the Forum, refreshments, two lunches, and a gala dinner (depending on the status). The prices indicated are deemed accurate at the time of publication. Africa Communication Events France reserves the right to modify them at any time, but these modifications do not affect registrations validated beforehand.
3- Cancellation
a- Sponsorship and Partnership
In the event that, after the sponsor and/or partner has entered into the agreement and more than sixty (60) days before the first day of the Event, the sponsor and/or partner decides to withdraw from the agreement, the Organiser shall refund the financial consideration paid by the sponsor and/or partner, less the value of the rights and benefits from which the sponsor and/or partner has benefited up to the effective date of the withdrawal. This amount shall be determined solely by the Organiser. The sponsor and/or partner waives any right to dispute or appeal in this regard.
Any withdrawal notified less than sixty (60) days before the first day of the Event shall have no effect on the sums due. In such cases, all sums paid shall be retained by the Organiser, with no possibility of a refund or recourse on the part of the Sponsor and/or Partner. Furthermore, if the Sponsor and/or Partner has not yet paid the full amount due by the date of their withdrawal, the Organiser shall be entitled to demand immediate payment of the outstanding balance, which the Sponsor and/or Partner undertakes to settle without delay.
b- Ticketing individual and/or group entries
Africa Communication Events France will not issue any refunds, regardless of the reason for cancellation. Any participant unable to attend may be replaced by a person of equivalent seniority, subject to the Organiser’s express prior consent. This request for substitution must be communicated 8 as soon as possible and may under no circumstances be accepted less than twenty (20) days before the start of the Forum.
Force majeure
As an exception to the above principle, two situations give rise to a full refund of the financial contribution paid: Definitive cancellation of the Event: if the Event is entirely and definitively cancelled — and not merely postponed — due to a case of force majeure, the Organiser shall refund in full the sums paid by the participant. Withdrawal by the participant: if the participant is unable to attend due to a force majeure event affecting them personally, they may withdraw and obtain a refund of their financial contribution, subject to providing conclusive evidence of said force majeure event.
