Tahirou Barry is Group Chief Financial Officer of Solevo Group, a leading distributor of specialty chemicals across Africa.

With 27 years of international experience spanning finance, operations and management, Tahirou has built a diverse career across several industries and geographies. A graduate of Paris Dauphine University with a Master’s degree in Audit and Management Control, she began her career at Ernst & Young Audit before joining Shell, where she held various roles in the Oil & Gas distribution sector across Africa and France. She subsequently spent a significant part of her career with Africa Global Logistics, holding senior responsibilities across finance, management and operations.

Tahirou joined Solevo as Group CFO, where she contributes to the Group’s growth and transformation across Africa, supporting its financial strategy while accompanying the development and innovation of the business.
