Mário Mota Lemos has served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ENSA since 2022, providing strategic leadership to the company with a strong focus on innovation, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. Supported by a team of outstanding professionals, he led ENSA to become the first Angolan insurance company listed on the Angola Stock Exchange, consolidating its position as a benchmark in the national insurance market. Under his leadership, ENSA has implemented strategies to strengthen corporate governance and driven the digitalization of its services, modernizing the customer experience and enhancing accessibility.

From 2015 to 2022, Mário Mota Lemos served as a Member of the Board of ENSA, where he developed strategies for the modernization and innovation of the insurer, oversaw strategic projects focused on digital transformation and operational efficiency, and implemented a restructuring plan for distribution channels alongside the repositioning of the sales force.
