Kossi Tenou is Chairman of the UMOA Financial Markets Authority (AMF-UMOA). A Togolese economist and career central banker with over two decades of experience at the Central Bank of West African States (BCEAO), he served as National Director for Togo and later as Advisor to the Governor. In October 2025, he was appointed Deputy Minister for Trade and Quality Control in Togo, before being named head of AMF-UMOA.
