Mr. Moustapha Ibrahim Malloum is the Deputy Regional Director for West Africa at Proparco, where he leads deal origination, including venture capital transactions. Previously, he was Senior Investment Officer, FIG Africa at Proparco, overseeing financial sector deals across the continent and designing climate finance solutions for banks and microfinance institutions. Before joining Proparco, he supported private sector and SME development initiatives for the Senegalese government at AFD. Moustapha holds a master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Paris School of Business.
