Xavier Jopart is an Executive Advisor in McKinsey’s Casablanca office, bringing over 25 years of experience in the financial sector. With deep expertise in retail banking, insurance, Islamic finance, small business development, and government policy and regulation, Xavier has become a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex challenges and opportunities in these areas.

Xavier has spent more than half of his career working across the Middle East and North Africa, giving him a nuanced understanding of the region’s financial landscape. Over the course of his 10 years with McKinsey, he has worked in the firm’s Brussels and Middle East offices and served as a director for Finalta, McKinsey’s subsidiary specializing in financial sector benchmarking.

Currently, Xavier leads McKinsey’s Financial Services practice in North and French-speaking Western Africa, where he partners with clients to drive growth, innovation, and transformation in the region’s financial ecosystem.
