As Head of DFIs Development at Rawbank, she leads major fundraising initiatives, structures transformative projects, and forges alliances that support inclusive and sustainable growth.

Her vision is clear: finance must serve people. Whether through inclusion programmes like She Leads, ESG initiatives, or innovative financing structures, Laurence brings determination and humanity to everything she undertakes.

An active member of the Tuungane cooperative, she also works to empower women and support vulnerable children in areas facing severe humanitarian challenges. This grassroots engagement fuels her dedication to building impact-driven finance that is attuned to real-world needs.

Currently pursuing an MBA in Leadership and Management, Laurence combines strategic thinking, human insight, and operational rigour to deliver solutions that strengthen communities, uplift women, and contribute to the continent’s economic resilience.
