Armand Tchokokam is the Executive Vice President and Global Chief Financial Officer at Cybastion, where he leads the company’s global financial strategy and oversees key functions including budgeting, project financing, and financial operations. With over two decades of experience across banking, financial modeling, and corporate finance, Mr. Tchokokam brings a wealth of expertise in driving fiscal discipline and supporting strategic growth.

A co-founder of Cybastion, Mr. Tchokokam is recognized for his strategic insight, operational leadership, and commitment to financial excellence in high-growth companies. Prior to joining Cybastion, he held senior financial positions at leading institutions including Icon Development Solutions, Wachovia Bank, CPA Global, America Online (AOL), and The George Washington University. His leadership spans a range of sectors, where he has managed complex financial systems, led forecasting and budget planning efforts, and supported long-term organizational performance and scalability.

Mr. Tchokokam holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the Kogod School of Business at American University in Washington, D.C. and is a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM). He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Turin.
