Ms. Khady Evelyne Denise NDIAYE is Senegalese and holds two Master’s degrees: one in Economic Intelligence from the University of Toulouse I, and another in Private Sector Development and Financing from CERDI, University of Auvergne-Clermont Ferrand I. She began her career as a Monitoring and Economic Intelligence Officer in France before joining the WAEMU Commission in 2010. After roles in strategic and private sector intelligence, she became Head of the Business Climate Improvement Division in 2016. Since January 2019, she has served as Director for the Private Sector at the WAEMU Commission.
