Helena Francisco Chicuba est une dirigeante angolaise forte d’une vaste exp\u00e9rience dans le secteur des assurances. Elle est actuellement pr\u00e9sidente du conseil d’administration d’ENSA, SA, poste qu’elle occupe depuis le 23 septembre 2022.<\/p>\n

Elle est titulaire d’une licence en enseignement de la langue portugaise de l’ISCED Luanda (2007-2010). Helena Chicuba a construit une carri\u00e8re solide et multiforme dans l’industrie de l’assurance. Elle a d\u00e9but\u00e9 son parcours acad\u00e9mique par un dipl\u00f4me technique en chimie de l’Institut polytechnique Makarenko (1982-1987), avant de s’engager professionnellement dans le secteur de l’assurance. Elle a ensuite obtenu un dipl\u00f4me en assurance du Chartered Insurance Institute de Londres (2000-2005) et suivi un programme de gestion des compagnies d’assurance \u00e0 la Cat\u00f3lica Lisbon School of Business & Economics, en partenariat avec l’Academia BAI \u00e0 Luanda (2015-2016).<\/p>\n

Durant plus de vingt ans chez ENSA, SA, elle a occup\u00e9 des fonctions \u00e0 responsabilit\u00e9s croissantes, notamment directrice Aviation (2003-2006), directrice commerciale \u2013 segment Entreprises (2006-2013), directrice R\u00e9assurance et Coassurance (2014-2015) et membre du comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif du conseil d’administration (2015-2019). De 2020 \u00e0 2022, elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 conseill\u00e8re aupr\u00e8s du conseil d’administration avant d’\u00eatre nomm\u00e9e pr\u00e9sidente du conseil.<\/p>\n
