Lu\u00eds Roberto Gon\u00e7alves est titulaire d&#8217;un dipl\u00f4me en comptabilit\u00e9 de gestion avanc\u00e9e de l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 Lus\u00edada d&#8217;Angola et a suivi des \u00e9tudes postuniversitaires en \u00e9conomie mon\u00e9taire et financi\u00e8re \u00e0 l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 d&#8217;\u00c9vora, au Portugal. Son parcours acad\u00e9mique comprend \u00e9galement une formation en lutte contre le blanchiment de capitaux, le financement du terrorisme et les sanctions dispens\u00e9e par PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), un programme de leadership efficace de la Nova School of Business &amp; Economics, ainsi qu&#8217;un programme sur les march\u00e9s interbancaires anim\u00e9 par Intermoney et le Financial Services Volunteer Corps (FSVC).<\/p>\n<p>M. Gon\u00e7alves a d\u00e9but\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re bancaire chez BFA en 1996, o\u00f9 il a occup\u00e9 de nombreux postes de direction et de haute responsabilit\u00e9 au fil des ann\u00e9es. En 2016, il s&#8217;est vu confier la mission de cr\u00e9er la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de gestion d&#8217;actifs BFA Asset Management (\u00ab BFA AM \u00bb), dont il a assur\u00e9 la pr\u00e9sidence du comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif.<\/p>\n<p>Jusqu&#8217;au d\u00e9but de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e 2020, M. Gon\u00e7alves a \u00e9t\u00e9 directeur ex\u00e9cutif de la Banco Cr\u00e9dito do Sul. Il a \u00e9galement occup\u00e9 des postes de direction au sein de la KEVE Bank.
