Elle a pris ses fonctions en juillet 2026, apr\u00e8s avoir occup\u00e9 le poste de Directrice Financi\u00e8re Groupe et Administratrice Ex\u00e9cutive d&#8217;East African Breweries Limited (EABL) depuis f\u00e9vrier 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Professionnelle exp\u00e9riment\u00e9e de la finance, elle occupe \u00e9galement des postes d&#8217;Administratrice Non-Ex\u00e9cutive au sein d&#8217;I&amp;M Bank et d&#8217;APA Insurance. Avant de rejoindre EABL, Risper \u00e9tait Directrice Financi\u00e8re de Barclays Bank Zambia. Elle avait int\u00e9gr\u00e9 Barclays en 2008 en tant que Directrice R\u00e9gionale de l&#8217;Audit Interne, avant de devenir Directrice pour l&#8217;Afrique en 2011, puis Directrice G\u00e9n\u00e9rale pour l&#8217;Afrique RBB.
