She has played a crucial role in expanding BK Group into General Insurance, Investment Banking, and Technology, thus strengthening Rwanda\u2019s financial ecosystem and supporting the nation\u2019s economic growth.<\/p>\n<p>With a background in economics and a deep commitment to data-driven decision-making, Dr. Karusisi has held influential roles in Rwanda\u2019s public sector, including at the National Institute of Statistics and the Office of the President. These experiences have shaped her into a leader who blends economic insight with technological innovation, guiding Bank of Kigali with a focus on sustainability, financial inclusion, and customer empowerment. Dr. Karusisi serves on several boards, including the Rwanda Development Board.
