Current Director General of the Institution de Pr\u00e9voyance Sociale (IPS CNPS), he has an impressive career marked by remarkable achievements and an innovative vision.<\/p>\n<p>A graduate in economics in 1986, he joined the Centre Ivoirien de Formation des Cadres de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Sociale (CIFOCSS), where he distinguished himself by graduating top of his class in 1988. His career began as a Research Officer (Charg\u00e9 d&#8217;\u00c9tudes), but his talent and leadership quickly propelled him into positions of responsibility. In 2014, he rose to the position of Director General of IPS CNPS.<\/p>\n<p>Since his appointment, Denis Charles Kouassi has driven a dynamic of modernization and performance within the institution. He is behind numerous achievements that have made IPS CNPS a key player in social protection and a model of excellence in C\u00f4te d&#8217;Ivoire. Under his leadership, the institution was recognized as a laureate of the 2021 Public Administration Prize.<\/p>\n<p>His commitment and leadership have earned him numerous distinctions, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Officer of the Ivorian Order of Merit in 2015, national recognition for his exceptional work.<\/li>\n<li>Oscar for Leadership and Performance Award in 2020.<\/li>\n<li>Winning Africa&#8217;s Economic Personality in 2022, awarded by the Conseil International des Managers Africains (CIMA).<\/li>\n<li>Best Manager of the Decade Award at the SME Summer University, in partnership with the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, in 2024.<\/li>\n<li>CIMA Economic Leader of the Year in 2024.<\/li>\n<li>Gold Medal of the Ligue Universelle du Bien Public, in February 2025.<\/li>\n<li>Builder of Men \u2013 Personality of the Year, at the Africa-Europe Economic Forum 2025 (Orl\u00e9ans), in October 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In 2024, he was named among the 100 influential public figures selected by the Association des Conseils en Lobbying et Affaires Publiques de C\u00f4te d&#8217;Ivoire (ACLAPCI).<\/p>\n<p>A visionary, Denis Charles Kouassi has transformed IPS CNPS into a benchmark player in the social protection and investment sector in C\u00f4te d&#8217;Ivoire.
