His academic background also includes training in Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorist Financing and Sanctions from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), an Effective Leadership Programme from the Nova School of Business &amp; Economics, and an Interbank Markets programme delivered by Intermoney and the Financial Services Volunteer Corps (FSVC).<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Gon\u00e7alves began his banking career at BFA in 1996, holding numerous high-profile and executive management positions over the years. In 2016, he was entrusted with establishing the BFA Asset Management Company (&#8220;BFA AM&#8221;), where he served as Chairman of its Executive Committee.<\/p>\n<p>Until early 2020, Mr. Gon\u00e7alves served as Executive Director of Banco Cr\u00e9dito do Sul. He also held senior management positions at KEVE Bank.
