Jeannine Naud\u00e9 is Vice President, Head of Africa Regions at TransUnion Africa, <\/strong>overseeing TransUnion Africa\u2019s portfolio across Botswana, eSwatini, Kenya, Malawi, Namibia, Rwanda, and Zambia. She is responsible for driving sustainable growth, performance and strategic execution across these markets.<\/p>\n

With over two decades of experience in financial services, Jeannine built a strong track record advancing financial inclusion while ensuring regulatory compliance. After joining TransUnion in 2017, she served as TransUnion Africa\u2019s Chief General Counsel before taking up the role of Head of Africa Regions, demonstrating strong strategic leadership and continuity across the portfolio.<\/p>\n

Jeannine\u2019s academic credentials include BProc and LLB degrees as well as a Master of Business Administration, complemented by a PgDip in Contracts and a Harvard certification in Negotiation Skills.\u00a0 She is the co-chair for ACISA (the African Credit Information Sharing Association) and has played an active role in driving industry collaboration and alignment on key issues. Prior to her joining TransUnion she was the Managing Executive for the Credit Bureau Association in South Africa. <\/a>Her academic pursuits and active industry role reflect her ongoing commitment to advancing financial inclusion, regulatory excellence and economic empowerment across the continent.<\/p>\n

Jeannine Naud\u00e9 est vice-pr\u00e9sidente et directrice des r\u00e9gions africaines chez TransUnion Africa, o\u00f9 elle supervise le portefeuille de TransUnion Africa au Botswana, en eSwatini, au Kenya, au Malawi, en Namibie, au Rwanda et en Zambie. Elle est charg\u00e9e de piloter la croissance durable, la performance et la mise en \u0153uvre des strat\u00e9gies sur ces march\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Forte de plus de deux d\u00e9cennies d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans les services financiers, Jeannine s\u2019est forg\u00e9 une solide r\u00e9putation en favorisant l\u2019inclusion financi\u00e8re tout en garantissant la conformit\u00e9 r\u00e9glementaire. Apr\u00e8s avoir rejoint TransUnion en 2017, elle a occup\u00e9 le poste de directrice juridique de TransUnion Africa avant de prendre les fonctions de responsable des r\u00e9gions africaines, faisant preuve d\u2019un leadership strat\u00e9gique solide et d\u2019une grande continuit\u00e9 au sein de l\u2019ensemble du portefeuille.<\/p>\n

Jeannine est titulaire d\u2019un BProc et d\u2019un LLB, ainsi que d\u2019un Master en administration des affaires (MBA), compl\u00e9t\u00e9s par un dipl\u00f4me d\u2019\u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures (PgDip) en droit des contrats et une certification de Harvard en techniques de n\u00e9gociation.\u00a0 Elle est copr\u00e9sidente de l\u2019ACISA (Association africaine pour le partage d\u2019informations sur le cr\u00e9dit) et a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le actif dans la promotion de la collaboration et de la concertation au sein du secteur sur des questions cl\u00e9s. Avant de rejoindre TransUnion, elle \u00e9tait directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019Association des bureaux de cr\u00e9dit d\u2019Afrique du Sud.
