Throughout his career, Romeo has led and delivered numerous engagements, including risk mapping assignments, the design, formalization and assessment of internal control frameworks, the establishment and structuring of internal audit functions, and assistance in conducting internal audit missions. He also advises on compliance with international regulatory and professional standards, such as the requirements of Section 404 of the Sarbanes\u2013Oxley Act.<\/p>\n
