She previously served as Minister of Agriculture from July 2025.<br \/>She has over twenty years of experience in trade, business strategy, private sector development, and finance, with in-depth expertise in several strategic sectors, including mining and agriculture.<br \/>Her career has spanned international roles in Africa, Europe, and the United States, working for leading institutions in both stable and fragile contexts.<br \/>Prior to joining the government, she was the World Bank Group&#8217;s Resident Representative in Namibia, where she provided strategic leadership for dialogue with national authorities and oversaw the portfolio of operations.<br \/>She also served as the International Finance Corporation (IFC) Country Representative in Burundi, where she was responsible for program implementation and operational oversight, with a particular focus on private investment, job creation, and economic transformation.<br \/>Previously, she was the IFC Regional Coordinator for Fragile Countries, covering Burkina Faso, Guinea, Niger, and Chad, where she led intervention strategies in complex environments with significant economic and institutional challenges.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","evenement-salon":[250],"class_list":["post-480381","sb_speaker","type-sb_speaker","status-publish","hentry","evenement-salon-250"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>H.E.
