She took on the role in July 2026 after serving as Group CFO and Executive Director of East African Breweries Limited (EABL) since February 2020.<\/p>\n<p>An experienced finance professional, she also holds non-executive director roles at I&amp;M Bank and APA Insurance. Prior to joining EABL, Risper served as CFO of Barclays Bank Zambia. She joined Barclays in 2008 as Regional Director for Internal Audit, moving on to Director for Africa in 2011, and later Managing Director for Africa RBB.
