Mr. Mamadou G. K. KONE is a distinguished business leader renowned for his expertise and leadership in the African insurance sector, with over 25 years of experience.<\/p>\n
On April 2, 2024, following an exemplary career, he was appointed as the head of the new SanlamAllianz Côte d’Ivoire Insurance Holding Company — an entity born from the merger of two giants of the African insurance industry — further consolidating his status as a leading figure in the sector. Beyond his responsibilities within Allianz, Mr. KONE has stood out for his commitment at the continental level.<\/p>\n
He served as a member of the Executive Bureau of FANAF (Federation of African National Law Insurance Companies) for six (6) years, as well as a member of the CIMA Experts Committee. Since April 29, 2021, he has been President of the Association of Insurance Companies of Côte d’Ivoire (ASA-CI), and in January 2023, he was appointed Vice-President of the General Confederation of Enterprises of Côte d’Ivoire (CGECI).<\/p>\n
Mr. KONE is also Vice-President of the Management Board of the Ivorian National Bureau of the ECOWAS Brown Card, a structure that facilitates vehicle insurance across the ECOWAS region, and an Honorary Member of the Association of African Actuaries based in Paris.<\/p>\n
