Her expertise includes a deep understanding of market dynamics and operational challenges in Africa\u2019s financial services, particularly in money transfers, financial inclusion, payments, and fintech.<\/p>\n<p>She has held leadership roles at Western Union, WorldRemit, and Mowali, demonstrating her expertise in these areas.<\/p>\n<p>Awa began her career in marketing at Microsoft in France before joining Havas Advertising Group. She then worked as the marketing and communications manager at Air S\u00e9n\u00e9gal International (Royal Air Maroc group).<\/p>\n<p>Awa holds a Bachelor&#8217;s in Business Administration from I.A.E.
