She previously served as a board member of the agency, overseeing its Technical portfolio since 2019.<\/p>\n<p>She holds a degree in Accounting and Administration from UCAN and an MBA awarded jointly by the Catholic universities of Porto, Luanda, and Rio de Janeiro.
