He is also an Associate Professor of Agricultural Economics, whose research focuses on improving productivity and market access for smallholder farmers, bridging research and policy to advance food security and rural transformation.<\/p>\n<p>In government, he championed investment, export expansion, private sector development, and regional value chain integration, actively engaging in platforms such as the Commonwealth Trade Ministers&#8217; Meeting and initiatives aligned with the AfCFTA.
