She has been instrumental in advancing initiatives that foster growth, innovation, and diversity in the African insurance and reinsurance sector.<\/p>\n<p>Alongside her role at Lloyd\u2019s, Najwa is the Founder &amp; Managing Partner of AfricaDev Consulting Ltd, an advisory firm connecting international investors with opportunities across Africa and the Middle East. She also serves as Senior Advisor to a number of financial services firms, including Mediterrania Capital Partners, a leading private equity firm.
