Focus on capital raise and debt restructuring for private and sovereign clients across various industry sectors: financial services, private equity, agribusiness and natural resources. \u00a0Strategic advisor to family-owned businesses and various African financial institutions.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Former Managing Director, First Bank of Nigeria UK\u2019s French branch. \u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Held Management roles at IFC, the private sector arm of the World Bank Group, as Africa Sector Lead for Telecoms, Media &amp;
