She joined FMO in 2002, working on project and structured finance in Asia, and has been part of FMO&#8217;s management team since 2008. Angelica has held roles in operations, strategy, and business development, including setting up FMO&rsquo;s Back and Mid-office for its banking license and leading the Sustainability team, where she oversaw FMO&rsquo;s&mdash;and the Netherlands&rsquo;&mdash;first green bond issuance. Since mid-2021, she has led FMO&rsquo;s FI Africa team.&nbsp;<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>Beyond FMO, Angelica has served on several boards, including Chairman and Board Member of Confoco, S.A., and Board Member at True Price.
