Chitalu, has been working as a Chief Executive Officer of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Zambia Since 2016. &nbsp; Phillip holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the Copperbelt University (Zambia) and a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Development Finance from Stellenbosch University in Cape Town, South Africa. He is also a fellow of both the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants of the UK (FCCA) and the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA). His regulatory credentials include the Harvard\/IOSCO Regulatory Certificate which he got in 2017.&nbsp;<br \/>Phillip started his career at PwC in 1994 and has over the years worked in the financial services industry, ICT, medical and regulatory services including at the Pensions and Insurance Authority in Zambia.
