She leads BCG&#8217;s work in Women Economic Empowerment globally, and has supported multiple DFIs, governments, multilateral organizations, corporates and investors in designing strategies to enhance women&#8217;s economic inclusion and generate value from a higher economic participation of women. She believes it is one of the major untapped development levers for economies, societies and businesses.<\/p>\n<p>Zineb has worked on multiple aspects of Women Economic Empowerment, including education, agriculture, climate, financial inclusion and digital inclusion.
