Previously, he spent four years at the IMF within the Central Bank Operations Division, where he led technical assistance missions and participated as a financial expert in IMF Article IV missions and Financial Sector Assessment Programs. Prior to that, he held various positions in fixed-income markets at international institutions and private banks.
